    Pathetic. Getting random password prompts and it fails randomly then I have to reset it. Now nothing will load up! Pay a lot for monthly subs. How much are PS4 pros right now?

    Fix: factory reset; issue persists shortly after the reset. Works for a day or two then same issue. I've reset 4 times now, this will be number 5!

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue and your console is not functioning properly.

    I would say that if you have tried both types of factory reset (keeping your games & apps and remove everything) and you're experiencing the same problem, it would mean more than likely your console is in need of a repair.

    customer support     and see if an agent can help you with one.

    Do you get any error code or message when this issue happens? Other than factory reset have you followed any troubleshooting steps?

    This is sounding odd for the accounts to do that, I suggest asking you if you have made sure your accounts are secure and stuff like that due to it sounds like they are being set home on another xbox console could be causing the games not to load and the
    password prompts.

    Please try to change your passwords on your accounts on www.outlook.com or www.mircosoft.com

    Also have to ask if you are on the insider program at all since this started after an update?.

    Checked PC time and signed out of my account in the Xbox app. Also re-installed the Xbox app for good measure after a repair/reset. Managed to sign back in after reinstall. Loaded up the same game again to get the same result/error.
