Games and Apps will not launch

My games and apps will not launch about every other time I turn the Xbox One on. The system starts, I will highlight a game/app, push 'A' to start game/app, hear the sound letting me know I selected the game/app, but the game/app does not launch. It will
not even go to a load screen. I am still able to move around the dashboard and highlight other games and apps, but all the games/apps will not load. "Quit" game/app and trying to restart it does nothing. Powering off the system with the controller just causes
the power light on the system to slowly blink and never shut the system off. Resetting the Xbox One(holding the power button for 10 seconds, then restarting) fixes the problem temporarily, but the next time I start it up or the time after that, I am back to
the same problem where the game/app won't launch. When the game/app does launch, it seems to run normally without any problems. Just to be clear, it is not a certain app or a certain game, when I am experiencing this problem, it happens with all apps, all
games, the store, featured content, friends content, etc... Would not be a problem if it was occurring occasionally, but it seems to be occurring frequently.

Are you Instant On? If so, you can either live with doing a hard reset when it happens or switch to power save mode.

A fix would appear to be happening soon, I'm in the preview program and I was being plagued by the same issue, it's been happening to me since November, having to hard reset at least once a day, sometimes more, since the latest preview build, I've gone 8
days without the need to do it.

So assuming the fix will be part of the April update? Only been on the preview program two weeks, so not entirely sure how it works, but it seems to be fixed for me at the moment, fingers crossed.
