Games and apps taking to long to open then crash

so last night I turned my Xbox one on and tried to load up a game, wouldn't past the first load screen and crashes giving me an error message "0x8027025a". So I though I'd try another game which also didn't work. I then thought maybe my external hard drive
crashed so I tried to play a game off internal storage; that being a disk and an installed game, same error message.

I then decided to follow Xbox supportstels and tried the following; restarted the console two different ways, turned the console off and unplugged power brick for a good 10 minutes, I made sure Xbox live was running fine, I reset my router and console at
the same time with no luck.

So I called Microsoft support and followed all their steps that they ran me through with no luck. Towards the end of the phone all I went into setting as asked and an error code "0x87b20c08" came up and the Xbox crashed back to the home screen. The lady
on the phone said she had never heard of the error code and suggested to me that I go into the insider hub link on support page to get assistance as in a previewer.

So here I am, any help with what has happened would be greatly appreciated as I just want to be able to play the Xbox again and is basically useless at this current time.

Apps/games take too long to open

I bought a Xbox One X a couple weeks ago and so far about six times when i start it up none of my apps or games will open. I've tried opening different apps and games and it just goes to a loading screen then crashes and an error message comes up and says "For
some reason this app took too long to open" and i have to do a hard reset to fix it. Any ideas why this issue keeps happening and how can i fix it for good?

 

Not Able to Select Profiles (Update Problem?)

Imhaving the same issue freezing after the update and can't play games nor apps I get the error code in question and the error my games and appears taking too long to open please someone help us
