Games And Apps > Recently Used. Not Working

When I try and display all my games with the most recently used first, and older games going off to the right, I appear to get a random layout of tiles with Wolfenstein the new order first. This is a game I have not played in months. Organising by size or
alphabetical order works fine.

I have tried clearing cache, power off and other common suggestions.

Any ideas?

I have a 1TB Xbox One Elite with a Seagate 2TB disc attached and kinect.

You've been using the apps like YouTube and that haven't you? MS haven't made the little picture showing you've used the app which is why it's not showing.

Another bit of info. Games wil start if you make sure you're disconnected completly from the internet. No apps or online functions but at least you can play your games. Hope this helps some people. I know this is frustrating but this isn't as bad as the
time Sony's network was down for 3 months. lol

Are you on the new Preview Update? If so this might be a new error and you should user the report a bug feature by holding down the home button and clicking 'report a bug'

You could try uninstalling and re-installing the games/apps you are seeing this with and see if it resolves your issue, or as you mention the Pins still work you could use those instead of recent games/apps.

The uninstall/reinstall should sort it out for you though.

Going to Recent seems to be a work around at the moment. However that's for apps and Skyrim, I haven't attempted an online multiplayer game.

I've been launching the game using the SG app, as the OP suggested, but the app still only seems to work partially, or not at all. Sometimes I can choose air strikes using the app, but calls come in through the TV instead. I installed the recent OS update,
and played a little this morning, but I didn't get any calls so I can't say if it fixed anything.

Thanks for your response

I have used the Xbox accessories app to ensure that my controller is updated so there is no issue there.

Xbox apps have not asked me to update and I had also recently deleted the app and reinstalled it to attempt to fix the issue to no avail.

My PC drivers are updated.

My Bluetooth connection is fine as the wireless controller works on games that I have installed through the game pass, it just does not work on cloud gaming apps.
