    I have been having this problem for 5 days now. I get a black screen when I launch world of tanks and it freezes, I have contacted xbox support every day now and I have got no further. I have done EVERYTHING that is on all the forums and still nothing. This
    is very annoying as A I pay for Xbox live and I have paid for a week premium account on the game and I can't play it! A very unhappy man!

    Yea for no apparent reason something people have to pay for is no longer available to them. Seems like a ploy to get people frustrated enough to go out and buy a next generation console, thing is I've had so many problems with the 360 since I switched from
    PS2 that I've been debating on switching back.

    It seems the latest update is from over 24 hours ago. Our system was apparently unaffected until we tried to play games today (was working fine last night).. Is it getting worse, spreading to other users?? Please provide a more timely update including any
    estimate on when this will be fixed, etc... Kids' party coming up and we are trying to plan. Thanks!

    I'm trying to be as patient as I can be about this issue but it has been several days and the problem has still not been resolved. I'm sure that had my account payment failed X-Box would not have been so patient! And I did not receive an email notice informing
    me that there was a problem. I am very disappointed that there wasn't better communication. I have to be honest, PlayStation is becoming a very appealing alternative right about now!

    As a Community Member, I know how frustrating this can be for you. All I can say in this moment and time, is to hang in there. Microsoft and Xbox Live are more then likely looking into this issue. Please keep a eye on the
    Xbox Live Service Alert,

    Unfortunately that is the only information I can give you right now. Only Microsoft or Xbox Live Employees can give further information in regards to this issue, as they will know more about this. Please note that they will be marked X or S on their forum

    Netflix, Amazon, Hulu Plus are all not working... everything loads fine, and then black screen, and my console is frozen. Had this problem for the last few days with Netflix, and occasionally with Hulu Plus, now it just sucks. Did I mention that it SUCKS?


    Of course, when I tried checking my network connection I got a yellow notice that "matchmaking" had some issue. WTF? And, said, go to Xbox live, for a service announcement, that I, of course, cannot locate.
