Games and apps not loading.

Hopefully someone can help me with this. My Xbox one won't load any games or apps. This includes both downloaded games and games on disc. I can navigate round the home screen ok but when I click on an icon nothing happens (It makes the noise when I click
but that's it). Also, inserting a new disc doesn't automatically load. I have tried the hard reboot, I have unplugged it, I have changed to Eco settings and I have deleted my account and reloaded it. All to no avail. I have also logged into my account on my
sons Xbox and it all works fine on there. I have also tried to uninstall a couple of downloaded games to free up memory but they wouldn't uninstall. Help me please.

Games and apps not loading/starting

Getting the following code when trying to start an app or games (digital or disc) on my Xbox One:

Tried the usual troubleshooting tips of restarting and power off, removing power but nothing works and the console is pretty much useless. May have to factory reset if I can't come up with anything....

games aren't showing up and wont load any.

having trouble loading games. when i go to games and apps its not showing my games all im getting it the loading circle next to Games. Apps its not even letting me play my last game on tge dashboard

Have you tried getting your son to log into his account on your Xbox to see if the same thing happens?

Also if you have not already done this please try and carry out a hard reset on the console.

Mine is also loud but when it loads norm stops when playing games or loading up an app but once the app it loaded it starts again.

Hey sorry that your going through this issue. Try this solution out.

Solutions

Solution 1: Start the app again

To resolve this issue, quit and restart the app:

If the app is available on the Home screen—in either the big center tile or one of the four "most recently used" tiles—highlight that tile with your controller (but don't select it).
Press the Menu button on the controller.
If the option to Quit is present, select it. (If it's not present, the app is not currently running.)
Once you're sure the app is closed, re-launch the app by selecting it from the recently used tiles or from My games & apps.

If the app doesn't start, try the next solution.

Solution 2: Restart your Xbox One console

Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox One controller to open the Power Center.
Select Restart console.
Select Restart.
Try to launch the app again.

Note If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again
to restart. Try to launch the app again.

Solution 3: Uninstall and reinstall the app

If the issue still isn't resolved, try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it. Here's how:

On Home, select My games & apps.
Highlight the content you want to uninstall.
Press the Menu button on your controller.
Select Uninstall.

If you keep experiencing the problem, contact Xbox Support.
