    Getting the following code when trying to start an app or games (digital or disc) on my Xbox One:

    0x8027025a

    Tried the usual troubleshooting tips of restarting and power off, removing power but nothing works and the console is pretty much useless. May have to factory reset if I can't come up with anything....

    Nothing Will Launch!

    Hard reset works, but more often than not, only until you switch off and back on again, then it's back to not loading the dash or games/apps not starting.

    Games and apps not loading.

    Have you tried getting your son to log into his account on your Xbox to see if the same thing happens?

    Also if you have not already done this please try and carry out a hard reset on the console.

    Mine is also loud but when it loads norm stops when playing games or loading up an app but once the app it loaded it starts again.

    Yes it should , Also if you click on the app in games and apps it will start to load and if it needs an update it will update.

    The only game that freezes on start up is Mw3, the apps start up but It stops at a loading screen. Any idea?

    I started installing another game and it happened again, the games in the my games and app section it stuck on a endless loading screen and im unable to load onto any other games as it says, this game took to long to load :(

    You can bypass the black screen by logging out of your gamertag then starting the game/app and then log back in to your gamertag when the game/app is loaded.
