    Games and apps not loading after update


    I am wondering if anyone else on the resent update preview is having this issue where it basically isn't loading any game or app I own or on game pass. It seems to be the update as checked xbox status says everything is fine. Also done the usual restarts clearing cache etc but doesn't seem to matter. Also was working great yesterday literally since update today it's been like nah you ain't doing anything. Anyone else having this issue?

    I recently had an issue with a Microsoft/Xbox game crashing before loading into the game after a windows update. After reinstalling the game, uninstalling windows updates...it turned out to be that my date & time was not set to update automatically. Manual date=microsoft apps broken apparently.

    I also have the same issue, only I have never installed the app previously, so this was the first time it had been on my xbox. I have tried all the things you did but same problem. Have you solved this problem yet?

    Sorry to see you're also facing the issue.

    Just to check, have you tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it?

    Also, is your console updated to the latest version? You can check this by going to Settings >> Console.
