    hi I've switched on my Xbox and everything has disappeared apps games even Fiffa it even asked me for the password to connect to the wifi again my profile friends the lot has gone can anyone help

    I turned on my xbox one s today and most of my games and apps were no longer on my hard drive I'm talking about over a terabyte of data just gone what's going on

    I'm having the same problem with both the Xbox One at my GF's house and the Xbox One S at mine. I bring my HD back and forth between the two. The one over at her house is still in the preview program and had early access to this latest update. Then after
    my Xbox One S downloaded the update, it's having the same problem so it's definitely something to do with the latest update. Funny how the preview program is meant to remove all the bugs and get feedback but it's never used that way. Also funny that there
    is a support forum with hundreds of problems going unanswered and unaddressed. Hopefully this is fixed soon.

    One thing I did notice is that if you know for a fact there is a game you had downloaded that is no longer showing up, find that game in the "Ready to Install" section. Press the Menu Button over it and select "Manage Game". The game shows that it is indeed
    installed on to the hard drive. Select it again and it will launch. It makes no sense why the xbox is doing this but for the time being, this is a work around of sorts.

    Sorry to hear it. It sounds like your console was formatted. To get your content back all you need to do is redownload your account then install any games or apps from your ready to install list.

    Really sorry to hear that your content vanished. Are you using an external storage device or are you saving to your internal storage? Unfortunately if the content is no longer showing, you'll need to redownload the content.

    Mine did something similar, not all gone but some. Internal storage. Does downloaded and installed content really just disappear?

    I am having problems with Full Library and Xbox Store

    I selected to reset and keep all games and apps but when I loaded in, all of my games and apps were gone, Full Library does not work, and now I don't even have the option to download games through the store. Basically it's all gone.
