Games and apps freeze

Games and apps freeze for like 40 seconds every few minutes while playing. It all started when i reinstalled Skyrim. I deleted it and have done everything I can find to fix it. For example I have restarted the Xbox, unplugged Xbox and cords from it and
waited more then 5 montues, unplugged router, factory reset, cleared persistent storage, cleared local saved games, cleared local Xbox 360 games. None of it has worked and actually seems like it has made my Xbox a little slower now. Can anyone tell me how
to fix this please.

Thanks for reaching out to us, in order to launch your games from a different HDD, I'll list the instruction below to get that part taken care.

1. Open the Setting Menu

2. Navigate to the System Tab

3. Go to Storage

4. Select the Target Drive/Disk that you want to move the games out.

5. Select Manage Transfer and check the games you'd like to move.

6. Select Move Selected, and this will begin the transfer.

Can you try running the games or apps from another HDD? just to check if it may be a storage fault

Clearing your cache, hard restarting your xbox, moving games to an external hard drive and playing them there, hopefully some of these options worked.

This was due to overheating, possibly, have you already maintained your xbox?
