Games and apps download slower

okay well first off my internet speed is 300 Mbps up and down provided by my isp Verizon Fios , when i would test connection speed through my xbox the results would be 312 download and 285 upload but when downloading a game it would start downloading fast
around 280 Mbps then would drop to like 215 then to the 160s and below , its never stable, im wired as well, it would go up and down constantly .

when i have a game open the speed drops to like 30 mbps and below

I only have issues like that when I have some game opened. Or is a internet issue, here where I live the internet isn't much stable.

Try to calculate if it is downloading at a normal speed and only the mb/s shown are wrong, or if it is going slower. That’s because when it says 300 mb/s it is actually going much slower because the server you are downloading from have a max quantity of
data provided per second.

Is it any slower on pc?
