Games and add ons don't work

Hello microsoft . I like to get help with the next thing(s) . I have bought the the call of duty advanced warfare season pass but I dont have acces to the new weapon in the game it says I need to purchase the season pass I already bought even when I install
the season pass again it wont work if I delete the game it dont work p, ease fix thix ?! . I have troubles with halo mcc to I cant play it and I bought it for nothing a lot of games have lag and dont work good on my xbox I called a lot and we tryed everything
I really like to have good support to make sure everythings works correct greets

Purchasing Games and content

There are only a few games that don't have any add ons that are xbox arcade games, but there are lots of Indie Games that don't have any add-ons. The only way to have a full game is to buy all of the add-ons.

When am I going to be able to use the Add-ons, which I spent hundreds of dollars on? Not to mention the games. If anyone gets anything please respond. TY

Your in the same boat as a lot of others, there is no fix on our end to get it working. Has to do with Microsoft, and i find it to be stupid that we all paid 60 or 50 or etc. for the season pass and exclusive content and we can not even use it. Im not sure
if this is something that sony is dealing with too, but i believe we should be compensated with something at least. Since assassins creed unity didn't turn out so great season pass holder got a free game of their choice can't beat that for 30 bucks, but on
that note we should get a percentage off on a game or credit our accounts an x amount of credit.

Heey support can you help me with the add ons I bought voor call of duty I bought 2 weapon camouflages and have no acces to it in the game

Most of the DLC is tied to the account and isn't shareable like games are.

Try going into manage games + Add ons if nothing happens try unstall you're Game nothing works then don't hesitate to contact us again

You may just have click the start button on the game itself. Select "manage game' and look to see if there's any additional downloads there.

In order to be able to use purchased games and some DLC, bought by other accounts, you need to ask the buyer of the content to set that new console of yours as their "Home Console".

So if your parents bought a certain piece of DLC, your parents need to sign in with the account they used to buy the DLC, then they need to go to "Settings", and then "Personalization", and if the console is not yet their Home Console, they need to set that
console as their Home Console.

BEWARE! Your parents can only change their Home Console five times during 365 days! So they should not turn off and on that setting unnecessarily or move their Home Console setting to several other consoles!

After they set the new console as their Home Console, they should download the missing DLC through the Manage game option in My Games and Apps.
