    I have two gamertags for my sons xbox one. One is mine (the adult gamertag) I do not play. The other one is his gamertag, each have different email addresses. I was wondering if there was a way that I could switch the two email addresses that are linked
    to the accounts. They are both mine but the email associated with my adult gamertag is connected to my work email which I don't have access to at home so if I am making changes on weekends or holidays as I was this past weekend I can't get verification's
    and such because of the work email. I would love to have my work email with my sons account since he can't make any changes or anything anyway.

    My microsoft notifications come to my work email as well. Any help would be appreciated!

    Can you sign in Xbox live with a different E-mail account?

    yeah just create a new email address, go to xbox.com and change the email associated with your gamertag. heres the lnk for you.

    Xbox one followers privacy/spam concerns. END IT

    Even if you change your Gamertag, you purchases and saves are still locked to your account. I could change my gamertag right now and I still have everything. It stays with the email address you signed up with, not gamertag.

    It sounds like it wasn't an alias created but a completely new Outlook.com user account?

    If that's the case, I don't think you can sync the achievement's and game data over

    changing alias can take a few days to synch up, log in with the old email address for the time being until it takes hold, have heard it can take a couple of weeks.

    Hey there!

    Thanks for the support message.

    When you changes the sign in email for the account, you will need to remove and re-add the account to the console. Please double tap the Xbox button on your controller and go to Settings>All Settings>Account>Remove accounts>Remove the account you changed
    the email for. Then power cycle your console by holding down the power button on the front of the console for about 15 seconds until it shuts down. Once done, double tap the Xbox button on your controller, go to the profile tab at the top>Add "& Manage>Add
    new. Type in the new Microsoft account email address and password for the account.
