    Gamertage changed without permission


    This is my son's account. After all the reset mess, I tried to log him back in our xbox one. The signin was successful, but now his gamertag has changed. It was TeamRay357 and now its . I know it wasn't breaking any rules, so I don't know why
    it was changed. He also lost his Gamerscore and all of his saved games. How do I fix this?

    I do, and according to your terms and conditions names may be forced to change without the user's permission if someone takes offense to said name. I am taking offense to 'see pee' in a gamertag.

    You've actually created a new account, nothing on his old account was changed (Sign in to your Microsoft account) You'll want to make sure you're signing in
    with the correct login information.
