    Gamertag: wrong one inside game


    Hello.

    I have changed "auto-generated" tag to a my tag several months ago and it is correct one in profile. But when I am playing games it shows me auto-generated tag. What had happened and how it could be fixed?

    I suggest that you Power Cycle the console and reset the internet connection to see if that refreshes status.

    Thanks (about the gamertag) sorry if it's in wrong section. Really annoying, I bought Black Ops 2 for 69,95, and last time my game broke and I tried to change it, they just said "We wont accept broken games"... Next time I buy a game, I ask if they have

    Are you in the Xbox Insider program at all? If so, there is an issue were older gamertags are showing, instead of the new one that was created. The Insider team are working on a fix, and hopefully should be available soon.
