Gamertag won't connect

My gamertag kept getting kicked out (albeit having difficult trying to sign back in).

I disconnected network from my Xbone and reconnect it again. Won't work.

I turned xbone off and cleared cache and turned it on. Won't work.

For some reason, it won't connect to xbox live, despite saying that it's Open Nat and it's connected to my router just fine (my other consoles are connected no problem).

No, I don't have smartphone/android, so I cannot do 'extra security'.

This is why M$ sucks when it comes to the connectivity. Because of this, I cannot get to play online-only games (why is this a thing in the first place???).

Thanks for posting here on the Xbox forums. Are you getting any error codes or messages when you get kicked out. How about when you

test your network?

Aside from that, have you tested your console on a different network?

I got kicked out once again and cannot signed back in. There's no Error Code, but did get the message that says that I need to sign in after a 'while'. I've tested it and it says that it's connected (in other words, Good). I've disconnected wirelessly
and 'set up' the same network (the only one I have).

STILL CANNOT SIGN IN.

You can close your Microsoft Account at account.live.com, the gamertag will still exist, but it won't be connected to the e-mail anymore.

If you have a console ban, you can't connect to Xbox Live. So you won't be able to use a new gamertag to get online.
