    So I just got minecraft today and changed my gamertag from "craftindagger" (my old alias) to "OddBallDeli" In the Xbox Console Campaign it says my gamertag is "OddBallDeli" but in Minecraft it is still "craftindagger" help

    Your current name isn't a autogenerated one it's a custom.one

    You would have an emotion plus an fluffy animal and a combination of numbers to be generated

    I believe I changed my gamertag for free since it never brought up having to be charged for it and I don't know how to check if I have to pay for it still, even though I don't think it would work like that.

    Hi, some games (Particularly older/360 games) lack the capability to tell when a gamertag has changed and will continue displaying the gamertag you first started playing the game with.

    This is also more likely if you have adopted a new gamertag with the new #1234 number ending system.

    Otherwise hopefully it will resolve in time.
