Gamertag won’t capitalise

It has been 2 days and I refunded the gamertag change and it didn’t go to a capital S even after restarting Xbox multiple times

By what you wrote it seems that the cahnge has already been placed, rhe next step is to wait for the procedd to complete itself.

I can’t add a letter to my name it’s an og gamertag but I’ll just have to keep it the same because that’s not an option

If you refunded then I suggest trying to add the capital letter and add something else to the GT unfortunately sometimes the system doesn't recognise the capital latter as a change.

it won't. as i stated it does not differentiate between caps and non caps, it is the same name so therefore wont change.
