Gamertag was unexpectedly changed

Hello, about I payed 10 dollars to change my gamertag a few days ago when i signed on to my account my gamertag had been flagged as inappropriate and changed to a default gamertag set by microsoft. I completely understand why my gamertag was flagged but
I dont understand why I was not notified that it was inappropriate before I payed ten dollars to have it changed. Now I am stuck with this default gamertag and I threw away 10 dollars. I Contacted xbox support about this situation and they told me to come
here, any help is much appreciated.

My gamer tag was changed because it was deemed "offensive" but I though of a good name and I was pretty happy with the outcome. They changed it unexpectedly and I wanted to switch it back.

xbox support, likely meant that you needed to post if the suspension and forced gamertag forum which can be found here:

forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

The forum can be used to inquire about a suspension/ban or forced gamertag. It's the only place to get a response from the Enforcement team.

 

Also You haave to remember there is Not enough people In any company to monitor each name création

Also a computer doesnt take into account thé virtually unlimited wwwaays to bypass thé system by seeing différent Words infront to hide a offensive Word or different Ways to spell it

It cômes down to thé usérs to follow thé rules and use common sense
