    Hi, i just wanted to know why my gamertag was changed last week for no reason apparently. I check my email daily and didn't receive a notification or a reason why it was changed. please reply as soon as possible. Im quite ***, and ive been with you guys
    since 2008 and im think about changing over to sony if theres no reason for you guys to just pick up and change my ***

    My old gamertag that my friend had made for me a while back was recently changed without notifying me. I would like to change it back without pay, since I would have changed it to something else without a problem if I was told about the inconvenience. My current

    Ok Microsoft you force me to take a randomly generated name without notifying me that you changed my name that you ALLOWED me to have for nearly 5 years now and then try charging me to change it? That's messed up
