Gamertag was changed by System

My gamertag was changed by the xbox live systems, it was deemed offensive. I spoke to Geneveve and she told me to post here to have my gamertag changed for free.

Hey Guys.

Atfirst im sorry for my bad english - im german. My Problem is that my Gamertag were changed by the System. My name was till yesterday:
[Mod Removed] which means a german combination of [Mod Removed] and Servant. The Codex says you mustn't have an sexistic name but (!) Testicles are nothing sexistig its a Part of the Human (Male) Buddy. Long Story - short sense
--- My Gamertag were changed by the System which is nothing bad it says i should pay it by myself! Every another Player who had a bad Gamertag could change it for free but not me? I want also a free name change and i dont want to pay 10€ for such an Mistake

For an official answer from the enforcement team on why it was changed, you would need to post here -

It is up to the enforcement team to decide whether or not a gamertag violates the code of conduct, so it would not be a mistake by the system. The code of conduct also states that if you are given a forced name change, you will be given a random name and
will have to pay to change it. So you would have agreed to this policy. There is no way to get a free change.

 

Geneveve lied, you will not get a free change.
