    Hi one and all

    Ive recently got my xbox one online and made a recent attempt to sign my gamertag ReneGade3000v2 to my email. but everytime i got to clearing my email of the ridiculous assigned gamertag, it shafted me with another one. Ive tried making another account so
    i can swap around but to no avail. So it seems my gamertag im using is just floating around my xbox getting achievements as i play but i cant assign it to my identity

    Any ideas or aid would be grateful

    Xbox gamertag transfer help

    Hi i have a question about gamertag transfer from the 360 to the one and i know i can find this anywhere but my situation is a bit different. My 360 has never been connected to the internet but obviously my xbox one has, so can I transfer my 360 gamertag/gamerscore to my current xbox one gamertag/gamerscore?

    Sorry to hear it. It sounds like your creating new accounts overtop your existing one. Please be sure of the option you're choosing when bringing your tag over.

    Thats the problem everytime i try that it tells me i cant because that gamertag is already in use so i cant find a way to tell someone its my tag i just want to add my email to it

    Sorry to hear about the troubles. It is not possible for one Xbox Live account to share an email address. To me, it sounds like the likely issue is that the incorrect email address is being used to sign in which resulted in this AbsoluteBoat970 account being
    created.

    Please verify that you are using the correct email, to include correct spelling and correct domain (ie @hotmail vs @outlook) and try again. If you are still unable to access your account, you will need to reach out to phone support via the
    Contact Us page for further assistance.
