    Pretty big XBLA sale this week...

    Anyone who doesn't own Symphony of the Night after this sale should be not allowed to own a games console. In fact when I come to power not owning Symphony of the Night will be made a capital offence.

    The original owner would need to change it to something else or it will be freed up if they don't sign into it for 5 years. There's no other way for you to get it. Keep in mind that the tag system is in use on other Microsoft services. So even if it's not
    being used on an Xbox, it may be in use elsewhere.
