    Why is it that since January 2022, my son has been receiving live communication bans for a gamertag picture? We have changed the pictures at least 10 times and all of his bans are this reason. I don't think they are inappropriate, and I can talk to a representative who explain what we are doing wrong. I am frustrated that Xbox deducts the monthly payment on time, but I received poor customer service. He has not been able to play his game since January with a suspension given about 2 weeks apart from each other. I am seriously considering canceling this Xbox Live Service because it is a rip off. He has been a Xbox Live member for about 8 years, and now he is being targeted with this unnecessary suspensions all of a sudden.

    You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information on why it was changed and to see about submitting a case review. If the enforcement team overturn their decision,
    you will be able to change it.

    Sorry to hear that buddy, unfortunately regular Microsoft customer support is unable to assist you with suspensions or enforcement actions, this apply to this community forum too

    They can’t discuss your account and don’t have access to enforcement details.

    The only place to do it is via enforcement page https://enforcement.xbox.com/ and view your enforcement history or start a case review if applicable.

    Falsely accused/reported, suspended, gamertag changed by enforcement, overturned and lost gamertag?

    im guessing they of lifted the suspension not the gamertag chanvge
