Gamertag Sign-in - not letting me sign in to my gamertag

I have my Xbox One set to auto sign-in when I turn my Xbox on, but now when I try to sign-in, it just doesn't. How do I fix it so I can sign-in to my gamertag?

having the same error code but my problem isnt recovering my gamertag it wont let me sign in on my own xbox i have changed my password its letting me sign in on xbox.com but not my console !?!

 

Ran into an issue with backwards compatible games. (Please Help.)

So i have a good bit of old games from the 360 for my XboxOne now that can run (or will run soon), and i played these games for a little while, and was having a good bit of fun.. Then i decided that i wanted to change my gamertag that i have had for a while, and now that ic hanged when i try to sign into Xbox Live through the 360 game, it brings up my now old gamertag, and will not let me sign in, and i apparently lose my saves from those old games. What do i do? I tried looking up my new gamertag, but apparently it come up as my old.

So are you able to sign into your Xbox One console with your Gamertag at all? If not, what is the error message/code that pops up when you try? Have you tried

removing and reading your profile to your console yet? If not, start with that and see if that works.

Let us know so we know if we need to try some other things.
