Gamertag reading as inappropiate language.

I am curious to know that why, if you want your gamertag to say 'focus' you aren't trying variations closers to that.

'F0cus' for example would appear to be available.

Just seems that you are trying to get something rude into your gamertag while pretending it is something else.

I've replied multiple times stating my intentions, and I've replied multiple times stating how FoKuZ isn't considered an offensive word through 3 Xbox Support people I've talked to whether it's been over the phone or online chat. I've also replied multiple
times stating that if FoKuZ was an offensive word, it would be getting removed everytime it's displayed on these forums just like the F word is.

I've also replied multiple times stating that I've used FoKuZ since 2001. I've gathered a reputation under this name, whether it's been negative or positive, people recognize my name in random games and it's a good way to get back in contact with people
that I lost contact with over the years. I'm not changing my name simply because 30% of people say the name incorrectly.

If the enforcement team ever replies and states I can't use FoKuZ because it's offensive, I'll continue using names that I've never been banned, warned, or forced to change before...because it's not an offensive word. You're pronunciation of the gamertag
makes it offensive in your world. The other 70% of people on Xbox Live say the name correctly, or say it as "fo-coo-Z", which I explained again in an earlier post.

Any posts that is not from the enforcement team from here on out will be ignored. You'll most likely be able to find the reply to what you're posting in an earlier post I've made. Everybody is just repeating themselves in this thread. Read the thread
before you post, most likely somebody already has said what you said and I've already replied.

 

Also, when somebody gets the chance, can you please stop dodging the question I've asked in each one of my replies and answer the question of "if FoKuZ is considered offensive language, how come it's not being removed from the public Xbox Forums?"

 

No one from enforcement is EVER going to respond to you here.

You tag is offensive in the fact that it is similar to an offensive word,i have no doubt at all that it will get a forced changed once someone bothers to report it.

Where you get your percentage rate of who is offended and who isn`t, i will never know,but i do know it will take only one report for it to be investigated.

 

The rules of LIVE state that you can't use a name even if it hints at being rude. The name you are trying to get, and the one you currently have, are quite clearly an attempt to 'hint' at something other than the word 'focus'.

I wouldn't trust that just because a word doesn't get censored by the swear filter here that it is ok to use on LIVE. It is notoriously easy to get around.

If the tag I want is considered offensive after the Enforcement team looks into it, that's fine. I'm not trying to out smart the filter or sit and cry about them thinking the way I spell focus is considered offensive. If they come back and say it's offensive,
than it's offensive and I'll move on. If they deem my current gamertag offensive, I'll change it something else that has to do with FoKuZ like I've had in the past with 0 issues and move on. You people are just random Xbox Live members and have nothing to
do with the enforcement team, so you're opinion on whether the word is offensive or not truly does not matter to me.

This was a post that I was told to create for the enforcement team since this is where the enforcement team is at. I didn't make this post for a discussion on whether or not random Xbox Live members thought it was offensive or not, I made this post so the
Enforcement team could look into why it's looked at as an offensive word and treated the same way as the F Word and B word and C word (which it's clearly not according to the offensive language filter that we've seen here on the Xbox Forums).

I appreciate you guys bumping my post with your repetitive replies, but this post wasn't made for discussion. This post was made so the enforcement team could look into it for me.

You quite clearly have trouble grasping the concept of my replies to you, in which I've stated multiple times that I'm not trying to hint at anything other than the way I've spelled focus as an online handle for the past 13 years. If this concept is too
hard for you to understand, please keep replying to this thread and bumping my post so I don't have to baby sit it while I'm at work.

As you have been told,enforcement will never respond to you here,for any reason.

Just to help you out,i will go ahead and report your current gamertag as offensive and let the enforcement team take a look at it.

If deemed offensive they will change your tag for you to a random one,that you will need to pay to change, and they will add an enforcement to your account which would lead to a ban if a second offence is committed.

That's why I'm posting here. The reason why I'm posting here has been said in my original post, and about 3 replies after that.

And you do realize that if my current gamertag gets a force change, I have no problem creating another tag that has to do with the word FoKuZ again, just like I've had in the past, correct? I've had a gamertag that included the word FoKuZ for 13 years,
not 1 force change, not 1 ban. Just because you're pronunciation of a word is incorrect does not mean that the word you're incorrectly pronunciating is offensive. All it means is that you're incorrectly pronunciating a gamertag, and you're incorrect pronunciation
is making it sound offensive to you.

I also called Xbox Support again to ask if this was the proper place to get in touch with the Enforcement Team, and they said it was correct. I'm not sure where you're getting your information at.

 

For the third time,Enforcement do not visit here for any reason whatsoever.

My information comes from experience,in all the years i have been here no one from enforcement have ever posted here.

my point was if you get a forced name change on this tag,that i have just reported,and then change it to another offensive tag,you risk a permanent ban on the second forced name change.

 

There's nothing offensive about this gamertag. FxKuZ. Effects-CuZ? How does this gamertag sound offensive to you?

 

Its not up to me to decide if its offensive i`m just a "random forum user", that`s why i reported it so the enforcement team can decide,seeing as they won`t see it here.
