Gamertag randomly reset by enforcement and I can't get it changed back.

Hey everyone,

My gamertag was randomly reset a few months ago and I've been trying to change it back. After calling Xbox support multiple times I haven't been able to get this fixed. An agent I was in contact with a few weeks ago said that they suspected that my gamertag was mass reported by someone in an attempt to steal my gamertag. As a result, my "classic" gamertag was changed to a randomly generated name, but my "new" gamertag is still the same gamertag. My classic gamertag now says "LovelyColt03875" whereas my new gamertag still says "Casino". Xbox Support has said that the change was done by enforcement due to it being an offensive name, however, I have no enforcement strikes on my account confirming this. Also, there are many casino related games on the Xbox store and people with Casino in their name, so this can't be the case. I've tried everything I can to get in contact with support but it feels impossible. I'm starting to think my best bet is to get a strike on purpose that way I can finally get in contact with them. I'm really stuck here and just want my gamertag "Casino" back. Please help!
