Gamertag question (can enforcement mail me)

Dear sir/madam,

I have a bit of a complicated situation that concerns multiple Microsoft accounts and their associated gamertags.

This matter also involves some personal information to make the explanation completely clear, in this case I will not post any personal details on the forum.

If there is the possibility that I could be contacted by mail that would be much appreciated.

My e-mail has been hacked.

I got my e-mail hacked - just now, as a matter of fact - which has forced me to make this new gamertag.

.

My original gamertag is OrdealByFire. I tried to check my e-mail, but it's hacked. My security question is in chinese, and the e-mail says something like
[mod removed]

.

Can somebody please help me?

communication ban finish and still ban

hi ,

my communication ban is finish since the 23 / 07 / 17 and i still cant send any messages or join any group

i have no active enforcement action and no email of enforcement team , xbox live or xbox support

if anyone can help me..

The enforcement team doesn't use the forums. If you're trying to contact them concerned a forced gamertag change that they have issues, you would need to submit a case review at
http://enforcement.xbox.com Otherwise, there is no other way to contact them.

You will need to contact XBOX Support and give them the gamertag and they should be able to tell you the e-mail associated with the account as long as you can answer their questions. With that e-mail you can then reset the password.

If you do not know the e-mail associated with a gamertag you will need to
contact phone support. Only they can tell you what e-mail is associated with a gamertag as long as you can answer their security questions.

Hello, InfamousLeech0. Unfortunately, there is no way to "combine" two Xbox Live gamertags to one e-mail address. I believe it's a 1-to-1 ratio, 1 gamertag 1 e-mail address. So you must manage them in separate logins. So now you are looking at switching
e-mails and gamertags. The instructions for doing so are here:
support.xbox.com/.../switch-gamertag-to-different-microsoft-account. I suggest you read through the entire page and then come back here if you are confused or have any questions. But basically, you'll have to create an e-mail address, you can use a free
provider such as Outlook.com, Gmail, or Yahoo mail, for your child and then move his gamertag to the new e-mail address. You will then be able to move your gamertag to your e-mail address. Again, please read through the instructions and post again here if
you have questions, I'll be more than happy to answer them for you.
