    Hey Guys,

    I can't buy a new gamertag... I can access to the purchasing tab, where I can choose between my Mastercard and my my Microsoft credit, but no matter which one I choose, the purchase fails... I checked my Mastercard data... It's correct... I tried
    different Browsers... didn't work... I tried a different Wifi... didn't work either... Here's a screenshot from my error...

    Getting error 80153410 when downloading CASE ZERO

    Purchasing DR2 Case Zero.

    Tried purchase from both Xbox and PC.

    US Gamertag and connecting from US.

    Same 80153410 error. Cleared cache and reconnected. Checked my billing and everything but still same issue.

    That error might be from an account mismatch.

    What country are you physically located in at this time? Does that country appear on the
    supported countries list?

    Does your location match your current location on your

    account    ,
    console    , and billing info for the account?

    Check into all of that and then post back and let us know what you discover.

    Account mismatches especially for region mismatches can cause all kinds of issues always be sure that your location and account country match.

    I go to buy some games and I see this error but my card was charged.

    What about this error? "an xbox gamertag is required to complete this purchase".

    Ok, a quick search of the error code that you posted suggests a region issue. Is your gamertag set for the same region (country) that you physically live in? If so, was it set like that when you purchased the game?

    Which country do you live in?

    Which game(s) are giving you this error?

    Are you sure you purchased the game(s) with the gamertag that you're posting with?

    Can you check commerce.microsoft.com to make sure the purchase went through alright and shows up in your purchase history?

    The error code that you listed suggests a region issue. Gold membership cards are region locked and can only be used for gamertags that are set for the same region. Please ensure that your gamertag's region (country) is the same as the card you purchased.
