    Hey, I had accidentally refunded this purchase and I'm trying to change my Gamertag to Freya Pham by itself but it's making it seem like it's a customized Gamertag.

    Nothing can be done for you really. You might be able to call customer support, or pay to rechange it. Most likely it was user error and you just switched the cap on the letters.

    If you're being harrassed, then you should file a complaint and block communications with those gamers. There is no way to get a free gamertag change.

    if a gamertag is never connected to xbox live, ever, on a 360 it is a local profile. you cannot use that on other devices.

    you would need to connect it to live (xbox live free is fine) and then sign into it on the lumia
