    Gamertag problems


    Ok so i fell asleep last night to awake to my gamertag now being "nnnnnhgbvvv" First thing i did was ask my 6 year old cousin if he had used my xbox and changed my gamertag when i was sleeping and of course, like i suspected he said yes and he said he thought
    it was "Free" So he ended up charging my last $10 from my paypal. Now i know i cant get a refund but can i ATLEAST please get a free name change.

    Gamer profile issue

    Problem solved created a new sdult profile and linked it old gamertag. Then changed settings and now can play online!

    edit, when i check on xbox.com it comes up as "Your request could not be completed at this time. This gamertag is not valid."

    Nothing can be done for you really. You might be able to call customer support, or pay to rechange it. Most likely it was user error and you just switched the cap on the letters.

    If you're being harrassed, then you should file a complaint and block communications with those gamers. There is no way to get a free gamertag change.

    if a gamertag is never connected to xbox live, ever, on a 360 it is a local profile. you cannot use that on other devices.

    you would need to connect it to live (xbox live free is fine) and then sign into it on the lumia
