Gamertag problem

hi i have been trying to figure out why my gamertag has switched on the 360 but hasnt on the xbox one or on this site for that matter it still says LeadRaptor25787 on this site and the xbox one i dont understand why it hasnt changed yet but on the 360 it
has LeadRaptor25787 is the gamertag i got when i first made it but i used the free change today it changed on the 360 but not on the site or the xbox one i dont know if i have to just wait or what but usually its instant so im not sure whats going on any help
would be nice

Gamer profile issue

Problem solved created a new sdult profile and linked it old gamertag. Then changed settings and now can play online!

Does anyone have a problem with my Gamertag?

Just curious if the gametag MyKneeGrows82 offends anyone and why? i have been a loyal x-box player for over a decade, and suddenly after thousands of people seeing my gamertag, and not having a problem with it, enforcement changes my gamertag, which by the way does not include any of the things that they say it shouldn't, so am i being singled out as an example? i don't see how showing proudly my race in my gamertag is a problem. Any thoughts on whether or not this should be possible for enforcement to do when the gamertag is in violation of none of the requirements of the enforcement&policies agreement whatsoever.

and yes i notice it says my new gamertag on the forum but not anywhere else it still shows my old one

basically im saying even though it changed the gamertag on the 360 and the forum it hasnt changed it in other places like the xbox one and the website for some reason there still listed as LeadRaptor25787 when it should be which is my current gamertag
after the free change i dont know why it hasnt changed just felt like i had to explain myself better now im just gonna wait and see if i get any help

Hi there,

Ok, since it does show the correct Gamertag on the forums, it's best to remove the profile from the Xbox One.

After the removal please perform a PowerCycle via the stepson the following link, be sure to wait until the power supply light turns and remains orange for at least 30 seconds before powering on again:

support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console

After the console was powered off and on again, redownload your profile.

The reason for other pages showing the old gamertag could be that it's saved in cookies etc. Best thing to try is to clear the cache and cookies on the browsers

Nothing can be done for you really. You might be able to call customer support, or pay to rechange it. Most likely it was user error and you just switched the cap on the letters.

If you're being harrassed, then you should file a complaint and block communications with those gamers. There is no way to get a free gamertag change.

if a gamertag is never connected to xbox live, ever, on a 360 it is a local profile. you cannot use that on other devices.

you would need to connect it to live (xbox live free is fine) and then sign into it on the lumia
