    Gamertag Problem


    I want to change my gamertag to my username in most other games which is "Silverbullet" but when I try to put it in it says it's not allowed and it's not like "Bullet" is not allowed because I tried that and it lets me change my gamertag to that. Does anybody know what I can do or why it is not allowed?

    Nothing can be done for you really. You might be able to call customer support, or pay to rechange it. Most likely it was user error and you just switched the cap on the letters.

    If you're being harrassed, then you should file a complaint and block communications with those gamers. There is no way to get a free gamertag change.

    if a gamertag is never connected to xbox live, ever, on a 360 it is a local profile. you cannot use that on other devices.

    you would need to connect it to live (xbox live free is fine) and then sign into it on the lumia
