    Hello. I have a problem where my gamertag was randomly changed. This is most likely indicating my account has ben hacked. I will make another post if i see anything else has happened. I reset my password so i believe my acount is now safe. I will very much
    apperciate if i could have the proper amount of money to change my gamertag back. Thank you.

    Gamer profile issue

    Problem solved created a new sdult profile and linked it old gamertag. Then changed settings and now can play online!

    Does anyone have a problem with my Gamertag?

    Just curious if the gametag MyKneeGrows82 offends anyone and why? i have been a loyal x-box player for over a decade, and suddenly after thousands of people seeing my gamertag, and not having a problem with it, enforcement changes my gamertag, which by the way does not include any of the things that they say it shouldn't, so am i being singled out as an example? i don't see how showing proudly my race in my gamertag is a problem. Any thoughts on whether or not this should be possible for enforcement to do when the gamertag is in violation of none of the requirements of the enforcement&policies agreement whatsoever.

    If you believe your account was compromised, you would need to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Have you checked the enforcement teams website enforcement.xbox.com to make sure that the enforcement team did not do a forced gamer tag change on you?

    Nothing can be done for you really. You might be able to call customer support, or pay to rechange it. Most likely it was user error and you just switched the cap on the letters.

    If you're being harrassed, then you should file a complaint and block communications with those gamers. There is no way to get a free gamertag change.

    if a gamertag is never connected to xbox live, ever, on a 360 it is a local profile. you cannot use that on other devices.

    you would need to connect it to live (xbox live free is fine) and then sign into it on the lumia
