Gamertag not working anymore - cannot contact support!

Hi there!

I have a problem concerning my Microsoft account / gamertag:

My gamertag is still on my XBox 360 but it can not longer be used, not on the XBox as well as online. When I log on with my Microsoft account at the support pages, I get to the point, where I can ask for a phone call or an online chat with the support crew.

But to do that, I have to fill out the online form where I can discribe my problem. Unfortunately I cannot submit the form because my name and forename are not displayed and I cannot fill them I manually. Only my email address is displayed correctly.

How can I get help when Microsoft doesn´t know how I am any more?

It seems I´m in deep trouble!

that's because the chat functions only works in supported regions and not all Xbox live regions are supported by chat you must use the phone call option

Or try a different browser like edge Firefox of ie

I cannot use the chat function nor the phone call option besause of the above discribed reason. I use Firefox browser by default, but also tried Internet Explorer - same outcome!

The only help can come from Microsoft, I think. Are there any Microsoft people active around here, maybe the forum admins?

 

It's only in a supported regions

You don't need to fill in a form to ask for contact number also need to clear cookies and browser cache

Click contact us and look up the regipn

 

if you are trying to start a new account that's not how you do it with the same tag

You must download your profile to your Xbox one

 

Okay, I can contact Microsoft support now.

In my Microsoft account settings I found that the payment information were lost. It seems that they vanished together with my XBox porfile. I addedthe information about name and forename and now the online form holds my information and I can contact Microsoft
directly at least!
