Gamertag not updated after 3 weeks?

Discus and support Gamertag not updated after 3 weeks? in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; [img] I changed my gamertag 3 weeks ago, but under it, it still shows my old one.     Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you changed your gamertag few weeks ago. However, you're still seeing your old gamertag under your new gamertag.

    So I can provide accurate information, please let me know the platform where you are playing.

    To ensure that you are not experiencing this issue because of app cache, please completely sign out from your console or Xbox App to resync your profile, restart your device and check it again.

    Old gamertag on console and when try to change it.

    That make sense but there is still visible the old gamertag 3 weeks after change.

    Hi there cyuill welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Ah yes, changing GT sometimes can be a bit of a hassle, one of my friends had the exact same issue as you, unfortunately (or fortunately?) it got fixed by itself after a month, it seems weird but it happened, one day *BUUM* his GT got updated everywhere, also I could suggest contacting Xbox support for help in the matter!

    When I log into the xbox app it thinks my gamertag is GG CYCO#4019 but when I click to change gamertag the website thinks my gamertag is GG CYCO#3198
