You are not allowed to call out gamertags on the forums.

File a complaint via your console.It's the only way to report a player.

 

Again, filing complaints has and never will do anything. Well, to be fair, maybe, just MAYBE if you're lucky, you actually get a complaint looked at then you might see some resolution...probably (and I'm guessing here) 1 out of 10 gets any attention.

The majority of people posting were caught as a result of someone filing a complaint against them.

All complaints are looked at.

You're going to cancel your FREE account? Okay.

It is against forum guidelines to name and shame other players within the forums for any reason. What you need to do is File a Complaint against the offender then you need to contact your ISP and have them issue you a new IP address. And lastly you should file
a police report since a DOS/DDOS attack is illegal in many countries including the US and carry heavy fines.
