Gamertag never changed after I payed for it twice I put capital letters on the gamer tag...

In order to change it, you will have to change the tag to something else and then change it back with a capital letter. So you will have to pay for 2 gamertag changes. The system doesn't see things like capital letters as making a gamertag unique. So you
can't just change it because the system already sees you as having the gamertag.

You need to change the name to something else

Then wait till it's free

Then change it back

You cannot change the name while having the name it's treated as the same and would've handed you a hashtag

You know what I found madness. The L in my GT used to be a capital I, then when they released the old gamertags my original one just happend to be one, so I payed 800ms points for one letter to be changed... I'm never changing my tag now! haha.

It will actually cost you 1600 Points because you'll have to change it twice.

Since gamertags can't differ only by capitalization or spacing, you won't be able to change directly to a version with only a capital letter change. You'll have to pay 800 Points to change it to something truly different, then another 800 to change it back
to the original gamertag with different capitalization.
