Gamertag name changed without consent

I play alot of call of duty, we know there are little kids that play it when it is intended for adults and get mad at losing. Some times you can hear these kids tell there friends in the lobby to file false reports on another player due to them being jealous
of not winning or doing good in the video game especially if thw opponent has a score of 34 kills to 10 deaths. I have been told my gamertag has been reported as "harassing" and has been changed on me without giving me consent or at least reaching out and
asking me to change it if it is truly offensive or harassing. My original gamertag was
[Mod Removed]and now my gamertag is . I would like my original gamertag back or at least let me change it at no charge.

It does not matter how long you had the name your name should have been clean in the first place to avoid a namechange

Gamertag changed

My gamertag was changed without my consent. I was not able to create a new name and one was randomly assigned to me. I want to change my gamertag but am not paying the fee to do so.

Looks like your were given a forced name change for an offensive name. You were provided a new name at no charge, which you may keep, or if you'd like to choose a name of your own you'll need to pay the fee associated with a change.

Just like Theory of Game said, it was forced changed. And yes you will either need to keep this new one or pay the 9.99. Microsoft will not compensate you for this being it was a violation to the service agreement and the terms of use

 

how is it offensive? please explain to me how [Mod Removed], all together as one word is offensive? look at how it is spelt? how is that offensive?

 

Someone might have interpreted your gamertag as a less appropriate way of saying ejaculated inside a women's ***.

I'd take a guess and say that you already knew this and intended for it to be said that way and now you're mad because you got caught.

Just to add additional info you did in fact consent when you signed the ToU/CoC. They don't have to let you know in advance of the action.

I think you knew that your gamertag was an sexual reference when you created your gamertag. The Enforcement team will remove any offensive/sexual etc. gamertags as you did agree on the terms that if you violate the ToU/CoC you will face action.
