Gamertag moved & some issues with achievements

Hello everyone,

Around two years ago I moved my Gamertag onto a different email following the guide from Microsoft (I cannot remember why).

I then created a new Gamertag using the same email address. This new account is fine but it uses the same email address (so I have a new gamertag/profile using the same/old email address) when I have loaded Windows 10 games and it has recognized my email
address and upon starting a game - my previous achievements earned have all popped straight back onto my new gamertag?

I always thought Windows 10 game worked the same way the 360/One games work - reading Gamertag rather than the email.

Under my new gamertag I have not earned any of these but because I've loaded the game using the same live account its unlocked several achievements all at the same time? I have called MS about this and they have said I cannot get banned for this as it was
my cloud save that links to my Xbox profile. (sorry for repeating)

The Windows 10 game in question is Microsoft Mahjong, this incident made me feel uncomfortable. I have had a couple of extra achievement issues since to:

I was playing through Assassin's Creed Syndicate and completed the main story - after as with most games I had a quick look at the achievement list and noticed that the achievement for completing chapter 8 did not unlock. (The Joys of Freedom Complete Memory
Sequence 8) Since I have restarted the game and yes upon completion of the 8th story mission the achievement did unlock - now showing 'out of order', again I have spoken to MS and they have said this is normal and this sometimes happens?

The last one is on Star Wars Lego TFA. As above I was working my way through story mode and noticed an achievement didn't unlock for me that was (What Was The Second Time? Complete TFA Chapter 4 - The Eravana) However I did go back to replay this mission
and again upon completing this it unlocked but as with Assassin's Creed it now appears in an incorrect order.

Is there any way of my account being banned because of the above issues - I maybe a little OCD I guess but I do not like the achievements out of order - also my cloud save unlocking several achievements as soon as the game loaded.

sorry mistyjedi your achievements cant be moved between gamertags, so you will have to play it over again.

 

Hey II RIGOR II! You will not be able to get the achievements re-ordered as they are listed in the order that they were unlocked. The Mahjong issue shouldn't get you banned as it the achievements were given based on the cloud save your account synced with.
