  2. My advise Zim. Don't come here for advise. Most of the people who come here are tool bags with nothing relevant to say.........ever. It's been this way for awile. Vote DC and Chainsmoking Bob are the only 2 people in this thread who made any attempt to help
    you. The rest just wasted your time calling you a liar. Good times...huh?

    Ok real quick, thanks to those who helped out. As stated we don't allow naming in the forums publicly. Vote is correct that phone support does in fact tell people this and they're working to resolve and clarify that. Thanks to Zim for at least making
    your center aware. The proper procedure is to block communications and report them via the console or use phone support to open an unauthorized access. Moderators are monitoring these and forwarding the info up to help make it more streamlined or efficient.
    You guys are heard and if you come across these feel free to shoot us a report and in the mean time we'll take care of the edits and so on. On that note many factors can go into a reason why someone's account is stolen or they are repeatedly harassed. The
    best we can do here is help them by explaining this and making sure they know where to go. I'll edit links in to some helpful resources once I get my computer fixed. This should be tonight after a month of problems. Gamertag: [Mod Removed] stole my son's account :D

    OP is right. There should be a better way report gamers. And it shouldn't be limit to just XB360 and XB1 players to report them.

    How helpful of you Kaos.

    You could just get off the guy's case since, as you mentioned, it's a very real possibility he could work for Support and you haven't got a clue whether he does or not.

    As far as the thread goes, I agree there needs to be a better way to report users so that action is actually taken swiftly and effectively. As it is I consistently report people to what feels like no effect, though I do occasionally get a message back saying
    action has been taken.

    this is ridiculous... I'm not saying i'm a support member because of ambassador status... drop that please. this is why things don't get taken care of. I work at an xbox call center. We were told to go through this action by my trainers months ago. If the
    policy was different or was changed then we were not aware. Thank you for the concern though. I'm ignoring this thread from this point on.
