Gamertag log in information

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are trying to recover an account. You could try a request for a call from support. They can search the gamertag. If they can
"verify" the account. They can then provide information on the account.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Maybe its because of covid-19 and microsoft not having enough people to answer calls online since the stores are closed! I’ve been trying all day and it just keeps saying they’re having heavy call loads and its not giving me an option to request a call
back!

You will need to call support, and report it to MS directly.

What you describe, if true, could also be cinsidered a form of cyber-bullying, depending on where you live. So filing a police report might help. And these people are most likely people you already know in your community as well, so the police might have
a little more power in pursuing the issue.

Without any of that information, there's no way to log into it, no. EVen if you spoke to someone in support, they would still ask for at least one of those pieces of information...accounts can't be recovered just from a gamertag
