Gamertag keeps getting changed and the enforcement team wont tell me why.

I received a message from the enforcement team telling me my GT was "inappropriate". I called customer service who could not tell me why my GT violated the code of conduct. My old GT had no profanity, hate speech, content of a sexual nature, illegal, religious,
etc. The customer service people told me I had to contact the enforcement team on the forum to get my gamertag restored or $9.99 back so I can change my gamertag from the new one that I was assigned. Or I could be issued a 2 month xbox live credit to compensate
me for the problem that was created with my GT change.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

If you keep getting suspended it's because you keep violating the ToU/CoC & getting caught.

If you receive a suspension you are sent an email telling you why or you can check on the enforcement site here

The rules are similar on PSN.Just because your friends haven't been caught yet doesn't mean they wont be.

The enforcement team do not read or post in these parts of the forums. They are only in the suspension/banning forum to tell people why they have been suspended/banned. The enforcement team only issue forced name changes if a gamertag has been found to violate
the code of conduct. If that were the case, they would give you a randomly generated tag and you would need to pay to change your tag to something you want.

There is no way to get a free change.

If you believe that your Gamertag had been changed by the Enforcement Team, please post in the
Consoles banned and Suspended Forums, where the Enforcement Team can tell you why your gamertag has been changed on Xbox Live.

If it was a forced gamertag change, he would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information on why it was changed and to see about submitting a case review. If that is
the reason it was changed, it can take time for someone to report a gamertag so it gets the attention of the enforcement team.
