    Gamertag isn't working right


    I have changed my name and now it is displayed incorrectly thanks to your new system. My name was
    EaSyBeeSy#4443 and now I changed to . Unfortunately I am only shown in games with the new name but not in the complete Xbox System. Now your system tells me I should have to pay another 10 € to be shown as
    in the complete System of Microsoft/Xbox. Why is that so and why do I pay 10 € so that the change still does not work properly?

    this is a known issue with the new gamertag system xbox is working on a solution so the only thing you can do is wait for a fix from xbox
