    My first Gamertag i ever created is gone i bought a new xbox and wanted to play with my old account but i cant get in it. i can find the gamertag with the friend searcching option but i cant find a solution for my problem so maybe i can get help here oder
    any instructions.

    FYI-i used this gamertag account just so i can recieve emails my other gamertag email isnt working right now.

    Wondows Live ID connected to wrong gamertag

    CoveredMirror here, My xbox account that i actually use ( the one that isnt connected to my email) has been connected to live for over 2 years, a Gold live account i play online regularly, thanks in advance.

    theres a problem with that. The account isnt connected to the same email anymore. I cant do anything because its not connected to MY EMAIL.

    i called support yesterday and they tell me they cant help that they will look in to it.....

    as you can see by my gamertag same happen to me......

    my accout that i pay for gold have tons of dlcs and game saves......all of a sudden isnt connected to my email and a new account was made.......

    gamertag doesnt match my online tag name

    my email address is the same one i use for everything, its even a hotmail email address, the thing is i have my email accessible, i have my gamertag, my gamertag that i made on my xbox isnt the one that my account online shows its way off from what i created.
    I just need to figure out how to match my xbox one tag to my online tag, same email address for xbox one and online
