    Keep in mind that with the new gamertag policy, depending on how you changed your gamertag, it may not show in all areas. If you are using non-Latin characters, your old gamertag will show on the Console Companion app and in games that don't support to new policy.

    Since your gamertag was changed on the Xbox website, I would recommend to log out and back in to your account and check your gamertag again.

    Only the first gamertag change is free, to change it again you must pay a fee. After changing the gamertag, it should not take more than 48 hours for the change to be reflected in your games and devices where the Xbox account is linked.     Gamertags can take up to 48 hours to change. Be patient. If it doesn't change after the 48 hours then contact Xbox Support.
