Gamertag is still reading as offensive language.

I've always had gamertags with the word FoKuZ in it, but it always had to be accompanied by something..such as IFoKuZI, FoKuZx, , but when I try to do something like FoKuZ 483x405x34, a name that clearly isn't taken, it
reads it as offensive language. I really would like the gamertag "FoKuZ". Obviously, I'd be willing to pay for the gamertag change for this tag, but I'm unable to because it's reading "FoKuZ" as offensive language. Saying FoKuZ is offensive but or
FoKuZx isnt is like saying I would be able to create the gamertag FWORDx
or FWORDz, which you can't. (replace F Word with you know what). I'm also able to type the word FoKuZ freely all over these forums and it does not get filtered out or removed by the mods like a REAL offensive word would have happen.
This word is not offensive and I'm looking to see why it's deemed as an offensive word. To repeat my example above, I could create the gamertag FoKuZx, , and IFoKuZI with no problem at all, but you would be unable to create a gamertag that read FWORDx
or FWORDz. That is because the FWORD is a real offensive word, on matter what you put in front of it or behind it. FoKuZ is not an offensive word.



I spoke to Xbox Support earlier and she told me to come here and post the issue so the Enforcement Team would be able to see it. The chat transcript is as followed:

Rona: I understand. The gamertag "FoKuZ" might be offensive with other languages that is why the system does not accept it. Because if the Enforcement team found out that there are offensive language on a gamertag they might force you to
change the it.

Kevin: So is there any way I'd be able to get the gamertag FoKuZ at all? When doing a google search, there's nothing offensive about FoKuZ that comes up in any language. And I'm not even sure FoKuZ is actually even really
a word in any language.

Rona: I do understand where you're coming from Kevin. If the system do recognize a gamertag as offensive, it will really give you that error. I am checking this further for you.

Kevin: Absolutely no problem, Rona. Take your time. I'd really like this gamertag considering I've had the gamertag used before, just following another letter like . Excuse my language, but that's like saying I'd be
able to make the gamertag [Mod Removed]if I wanted to.

Rona: Yeah, I get that Kevin. I understand that you're used to have this gamertag. I am also researching as to why you can't use this gamertag. I do appreciate your patience with this.

Rona: Thank you so much for patiently waiting Kevin. I really do appreciate it. I've checked everything on my end and I really can't seem to find a reason as to why the gamertag was tagged as an offensive language. Here's what we can do,
we will need to get in touch with our Enforcement team about this through the forums.

Rona: Because they are the one that looks into profile gamertags they can be able to explain this further for you.

Kevin: Okay, that is fine. How long does this process usually take?

Rona: Since our forums page is currently under maintenance they might be able reply to your post within 24 hours.

Kevin: So how can I guarantee that when I create a post on a public forum, once the issue is resolved that somebody won't take the gamertag before me?

Kevin: I'm not really interested in acquiring about an issue regarding a gamertag that somebody else could potentially create if they see the issue is resolved before I do.

Kevin: There isn't any private ticket I could create for this issue?

As you can tell, the Xbox representative stated after doing research, she had no idea why this gamertag was flagged as Offensive Language, and neither do I. Hopefully somebody from the Enforcement team could clear this up for
me so I'm able to change my gamertag to FoKuZ, instead of FxKuZ which it is now, or as it's been in the past. I don't know why this word is considered offensive, as myself and Xbox Support has done research into why this would be flagged as offensive,
and there's nothing that can be found.



Also, is it possible to request e-mail replies only? If this gamertag is able to be cleared for me to use, I would hate if somebody saw the post saying it was cleared before I did and registered the gamertag for themselves.
So please, could you reply to my e-mail only?

Its not up to me to decide if its offensive i`m just a "random forum user", that`s why i reported it so the enforcement team can decide,seeing as they won`t see it here.

I've replied multiple times stating my intentions, and I've replied multiple times stating how FoKuZ isn't considered an offensive word through 3 Xbox Support people I've talked to whether it's been over the phone or online chat. I've also replied multiple
times stating that if FoKuZ was an offensive word, it would be getting removed everytime it's displayed on these forums just like the F word is.

I've also replied multiple times stating that I've used FoKuZ since 2001. I've gathered a reputation under this name, whether it's been negative or positive, people recognize my name in random games and it's a good way to get back in contact with people
that I lost contact with over the years. I'm not changing my name simply because 30% of people say the name incorrectly.

If the enforcement team ever replies and states I can't use FoKuZ because it's offensive, I'll continue using names that I've never been banned, warned, or forced to change before...because it's not an offensive word. You're pronunciation of the gamertag
makes it offensive in your world. The other 70% of people on Xbox Live say the name correctly, or say it as "fo-coo-Z", which I explained again in an earlier post.

Any posts that is not from the enforcement team from here on out will be ignored. You'll most likely be able to find the reply to what you're posting in an earlier post I've made. Everybody is just repeating themselves in this thread. Read the thread
before you post, most likely somebody already has said what you said and I've already replied.

 

As you have been told in your other thread,the enforcement team do not read these forums.

These are support forums.You have also been told that the word is offensive.Just because you pronounce it one way the word still sounds like a swear word & is against the CoC.

 

The enforcement team along with those in the Enforcement United programme must have together deemed FoKuZ as an offensive gamertag. If you look at it from an objective point of view, you can't deny that the gamertag could be seen to be offensive. I personally
participate in the the 'Enforcement United' programme and I would flag the gamertag as offensive if it came up.

Although here you are confirming you are not using the gamertag as a clever play on words for an offensive remark, you cannot confirm that to every Xbox gamer you come across. With this in mind, the thousands of potential gamers who would see it accross
Xbox Live could indirectly take offence to it.
