    Gamertag is gone !


    Hello ,

    I had a gamertag with the name GTO BUMFISTING. Now its but i did not change my name.

    I talk with xbox.com but they cant see any record of GTO BUMFISTING like it was never there and they dont know what is going on.

    With the name is nothing wrong but can u guys help me?

    My gamertag is gone

    Contact Xbox Support via phone using
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us     . It is possible for a Microsoft Account to be deleted/go inactive or for some other issue to happen which would disassociate your gamertag from your Microsoft Account. Have them pull up your account to verify the email that
    it is showing on your account and then go from there to see what happened and what resolution is required.

    My son is having the same problem. It just disappeared. We looked for any any corrupt symbols and there were none. Can you tell me what I can try next? Thanks!
