Gamertag is glitched after changing it twice with the old one.

Thanks for coming to the forums. This is a known issue and is being worked on. The gamer tag will show correctly in future update. So please be patient while they do work on the issue, as it will be resolved as soon as they can get it fixed.

have the same problem

This is not a glitch.

Xbox is introducing the new Gamertag system, but the transition is not complete yet. During this transition phase you will see both your old and new Gamertag on your console.

After Microsoft has completed the transition to the new Gamertag system, it might be that older games still show your old gamertag instead of the new one.

Im having the same problems. I changed my gamertag twice. And its still showing my old gamertag. I did the first free one then paid for a new one but the money went through and the gamertag didnt *obvious Microsoft move* but we just got to suffer and wait
I guess.
