My account gamer tag is being changed by you guys and i was curious to why because this is the 3rd time you have changed it and i refuse to pay for another new gamer tag so i would appreciate you change my name back to

Xbox live account banned

Hey guys this is the third time my xbox live account has been banned for no reason I need help

gamer tag is Gypsyzz

There are reasons why this happens. One reason is that a previous owner of the tag has had it banned for some reason. If this is the case then it would not be available and there is no way of telling when it would be released.

Another reason is that the tag is being used for another service. Microsoft has many services in their family. These services use gamertags as well and if they are being used for one service they cannot be used for others.

 

Enforcement never reads this forums and the only way you will get a name change is to pay 9.99. Your name is in violation of the naming rules. If support sent you here they are in error. If they have changed it 3 times you would be wise to live by the
Live terms in order for this to stop happening. I am curious as to why you think your name is not in violation.

What you don't seem to understand is a it doesn't matter how long you had it once it has been reported by a user it is reviewsed then not 3years ago

If I were you I'd wise up

Multiple violations of the terms of use especially the naming rules will only lead to a perm suspension of your account

And since you are on your 3rx name and you claim to have had it for 3 years lemme guess you tried to circumvent the rules by changing the name slightly to allow the name again didn't you?

I would not push the rules because you think it is funny

 

The code of conduct is clear on the naming rules changing the name slightly without affecting the violating part just to hide or hint at the violation doesn't make the offence not a violation

Just live life and play fair

yeah your tag was highly against the rules I can see why it was forced change, and NO you will NOT be getting it back make sure i you change it again to not make another bad tag or too many forced changes results in PERMANENT BAN of Live.
